Schlick Cycles Tashunka 29-plus - Medium Orange

This Schlick Cycles Tashunka frame and fork were hand-built in the US by Tom Teesdale from a selection of True Temper Tubes and custom bent 4130 steel.The Tashunka was designed specifically for 29-plus tires and addresses some of the deficiencies inherent in a traditional 135/100 hubset when used with the big hoops that 29’ers ride on. To address the wheel strength issue, the Tashunka uses a 135mm front hub on the stock fork and a 170mm rear hub. Both of these wider hubs contribute to better triangulation for the wheel build and make for a stronger, less flimsy wheelset.
