This will not alter the integrity or performance of the candle, just its appearance. Burn Instructions:Trim the wick to 1/8" before lighting to ensure the wax is close enough to fuel the flame. If at first the candle struggles to stay lit, try, try again; fragrance can saturate the wick, but persistent lighting will release the excess.
