Chateau Pech-Latt Grand Vin Du Chateau Corbieres 2021 (Languedoc, France)

One of the first wineries in Corbières to transition to organic farming, Château Pech-Latt has been doing so since the 1970s, and became officially certified organic in 1991.The rest of the region’s winegrowers caught on, and today more than a third of Corbières vineyards are practicing organic! A classic blend of Carignan, Syrah, Grenache, and Mourvèdre, this medium-bodied red is both supple and rich yet wonderfully lifted and elegant. The palate is loaded with notes of dark plum, red currant, and blackberry along with hearty spices.
