Lamblin et Fils Chablis 2023 (Burgundy, France)

Maison Lamblin et Fils has been owned and operated by the same family for over 300 years in the village of Marigny, at the northernmost tip of Burgundy’s limestone rich kimmeridgian soils. This exceptional soil (full of tiny fossilized oysters!) is a big part of what makes the wines from regions like Sancerre, Chablis, and Champagne so delicious and widely loved. Minerality is the star of the show here, with balancing notes of juicy citrus and yellow apple providing both a lively acidity and elegant ripe fruit. Aging in 100% stainless steel ensures that we get plenty of that stunning minerality, with lovely flinty notes and a whisper of salinity on the finish.
