One Stone Cellars Cabernet Sauvignon 2021 (Paso Robles, California)

One Stone Cellars is a special line of wines from Ancient Peaks, produced as a tribute to “all of the women who move mountains, one stone at a time.”A portion of each bottle sold is donated to Dream Big Darling, a non-profit dedicated toward mentoring women in the wine and spirits industry.  This Cabernet Sauvignon is sophisticated, elegant, and powerful. Full bodied, with notes cherry and plum, a hint of sandalwood, and tobacco, with a touch of well-tempered acidity. The ample, rustic tannins linger on the finish, making for a dynamic and well structured wine. We like to give this bottle around 30-45 minutes of air to wake up those lovely notes of dark fruit.
