Scarpetta was started by Sommelier Bobby Stuckey and former French Laundry chef Lachlan Patterson, inspired by their passion for the wines of the Friuli region of Italy.  “Scarpetta” is the term for when you mop up your plate with bread because the meal was so good, and that spirit of pure enjoyment and playful indulgence is perfectly packaged in these 250ml cans of the “Frico” Frizzante. A blend of Trebbiano, Glera, and Chardonnay is dry and fizzy, with notes of crisp green apple, juicy pear, and a hint of white flowers. Portable and food friendly, this is a wine you can literally take anywhere. Enjoy it as is straight out of the can, or pour it over your favorite amaro for a lovely little spritz! Food Ideas: Cold fried chicken- picnic style!, triple cream cheese & charcuterie, elotes, pasta a limone, prosciutto wrapped melon Alcohol:  10%
