Fall Back

This is the darkest Taiwanese oolong we've offered yet. This is processed in a more traditional manner with heavier oxidation and a roasted multiple times over charcoal. We actually find this tea to be quite nice in a cold context as well. Often times roasted teas sort of hold a bit more shell life in cold form so you can have confidence in a large batch maintaining or cold brew maintaining quality over the duration of a few days. We’ve been looking for the fitting alternate companion to Spring Forward and this is finally it. Deep, warming, easy on the body and perfect for aging. Certainly a tea you can always fall back on.
