We've wanted to offer a nice intro to aged puerh tea at an accessible price point and this tea is exactly that! Notes Some nice aged flavors have already developed here. Exotic hardwoods, honey and some fruitiness with a lively acidity. If you taste the acidity its actually indicative of fermentation both past and current. The cake is literally alive and changing. We expect this characteristic to diminish at some point.
