Some of you may have received a sample or a cake of this around this past New Years Holiday. Back then we called it New Year New Shou. It's still technically a "new shou." But don't worry we're aging some for all of you. 2021 Grounding like a weighted blanket. It'll keep you warm but won't light you up. Keep steeping and you'll reveal a red tea. Nice thickness out the gate. Some spice, some earth, not much fermentation flavor despite its youth.
