Summer Breeze

This is a lovely interpretation of a jasmine style scented tea. We're firm believers in the Zen saying that, how you do one thing is how you do everything. This tea is grown naturally without any agrochemicals. The jasmine flowers enjoy the same attention and care as the tea. The combination of the two is something really fun and enjoyable!  One of the hallmarks of a well made scented tea is the permeation of the floral scent deep into the teas structure so that over multiple steeps the florality remains strong. By this tea's very nature as a rolled ball style oolong it already paces itself across several infusions. It is surprisingly patient producing lush floral brews steep and steep again. We've had four really nice 10oz infusions with just 5g of leaf, that's over 1 liter of tea.
