Notes Smoke would come out of the slits on the front panel, & the smell of electronics burning could be smelled from within whenever the synthesizer was turned on. Several circuit boards are free floating inside of the instrument. This can result in a catastrophic failure if the instrument is turned on without these being remounted into their proper positions. Some scuffing and tape residue to metal. Master volume fader does not seem to function. Several keys would re-trigger after being pressed. Mix fader does not seem to alter sound. A Arp Omni Mk.
