Temperature Operating range -452 to 662°F (-269 to 350°C) Good Accuracy and stability in the temperature range of -319°F to 400°F (–195°C to 200°C) Standard accuracy is  +/- 1.0C or +/- .75% whichever is greater. Reduced accuracy can occur with temperatures lower than -319°F (-195°C) with a deviation of ±3°C or more.  Grounded thermocouple junction provides protection to the the internal themocouple wire and faster response than an ungrounded juction, although the grounded design can be subject to electrical interference. Probe Design is MI Cable with internal MgO mineral powder insulation providing the probe sheath to a maximum Bend of 2.5 times radius equal to the Sheath Diameter without causing any damage to the temperature sensing capabilities or integrity of the metal sheath.
