Quarter Beef Share

If you are looking to stock your freezer and would like a variety of cuts, our quarter share is a little bit of everything. Each quarter share will include roughly 150 lbs of beef: Ribeye Steaks- 5 NY Strip Steaks-5 Sirloin Steaks- 5 large steaks Tenderloin- 2 lbs (either one whole tenderloin or filets) Stew Meat- 6 lbs (can be exchanged for ground beef) Ground beef- 50 lbs Hamburger Patties- 5 pkgs (4 patties each) Denver Steak - 2 Flat Iron Steak- 1 Skirt Steak- 1 Chuck Roast- 4 roasts (can be exchanged for ground) Shares are for local delivery and shipping. You are always welcome to visit the farm and pick up, but please schedule with us in advance.  All of our beef is raised here from breeding to birth, pasture to finish and harvest. Our cattle are Texas Akaushi cattle, boasting superior marbling and higher levels of monosaturated fats.
