Turn Key Chardonnay

Long considered to be the most noble white grape in the world, the Chardonnay variety has a gift for showing its origins.  Our Chardonnay hails from California's Central Coast, where nearby Pacific influences lend a pleasant and natural acidity to an otherwise lush wine.  Generous notes of jackfruit, mango and guava abound on the nose, while a pleasant hint of oak adds structure and just a slight hint of vanilla bean.  The key to learning the heart of Chandonnay is to explore the way this mysterious white expresses itself in a number of different regions and soils.  It is our hope that you enjoy our rendering of this wonderful variety. 750ml         13.5% abv
