DTS (Dual T-Slot Tool)  Probe Mounting System mounts in machine table t-slot. Free up precious machine table space when probe not in use. Current design works with HAAS 80mm and 125mm Tables. Please inquire about other machine tool brands. Instantaneously mount and de-mount a Pioneer or Renishaw OTS/RTS tool probe in seconds. Probe not included. Patented design provides for instantaneous mounting and de-mounting of a tool probing system. Mounts in tee-slots on precision kinematic T-Nuts. Free up entire machine table when not in use. Simply remove probe after taking tool measurements. Remove and replace the tool probe as often as desired – no re-calibration needed. Rated to 3g acceleration. Can be left in place during machining. Repeatability less than 3 microns. No tools or special skills required, use only your hands as rare earth magnets provide proper nesting forces.
