 you and your ragtag group should abscond with the Carnelian Riddle, diminishing the orange entity while placing him within the Sphinx of Black-Quartz’s power.
 So charged, you are bustled off to join the festivities at the Grand Conservatory in Troika, most Numinous of Cities. The Embelyonic Engines that keep the interior divorced from standard temporal flow are synced with outer time but once every hundred years, during the Carnelian Sphinx’s much-revered garden party. You have one night to traverse the strange landscape and infiltrate the
