The Excalibur 3948CDB Electric Digital Food Dehydrator is ideal for dehydrating a wide range of foods such as fruits, vegetables, jerky, homemade yogurt and so much more. The 48 hour Digital Controller features 2 time, 2 temperature controls to simplify the drying process. Temperature can be set from 95 degrees F to 165 degrees F. After loading food onto the trays, set the dehydrator at a higher temperature for a specified period of time for the initial dehydration process; and then set the dehydrator at a lower temperature for a specified period of time for longer cooking.
