We do not recommend using iron. I am not responsible for any damage caused by incorrect handling or pressing. STEPS FOR PRESSING Preheat Your Heat Press to 400° Adjust the pressure on your press. For t-shirt sublimation, you only need light-to-medium pressure. Place the shirt on the press and remove any lint from the t-shirt with a lint roller Do a quick press to remove wrinkles. Add butcher paper inside your shirt between the front and back. Place your sublimation print design onto the shirt and tape down your transfer with heat tape on all four sides. Cover the design completely with butcher paper or parchment paper Press with medium pressure for 60 seconds Remove the butcher paper and transfer and you are done Washing Instructions:
