It was first published in 1985 and has been out of print for many years. We have now restored the original book and have it in back in print. This book was compiled by the Wellsville History Committee: LaRayne B. Christensen, Ruth Maughan, Don Poppleton, Wilma Hall, Virginia Poppleton, and Eva Parkinson. It has some full color photos, and 100s of grayscale photos of the town from early days to 1985. There is a section of biographies of the early settlers from Wellsville with photo's and histories. A great look at the culture, about the early settlement, government, education and more.
