I don't suppose Bird's advance was divisible by 33 -- do you guys? ...I guess that's uncharitable, but the jacket's own description of the author as Peterson's "long-lost sister" does make you wonder. As does the condition of the front board edges of the book, which appear to have been used to demonstrate the perils of using a bandsaw without protective gear? Aside from that, and a parallel "bite" out of the top at the spine joins, the book inside is pristine.
