The text is less dense than in contemporary editions, but the result is a doorstop of a book; pick your poison. If you've never read the WR, this is a great copy to have in your library. Some very mild shelfwear; some mild page toning inside; otherwise clean, neat, sits straight, minimal rubbing to covers. Will also brace windows and furniture with ease ;). A fine reading or research copy.
