Thrivent: Successful to Significant - A CEPA Advancement Path
The following courses, materials, and support have been compiled into an educational program for advisors at Thrivent that currently hold the CEPA credential. This program will provide participants with a deeper knowledge of the methodology, advance their understanding of how to integrate into their practices, and gain practical insights on how to leverage their expertise to hold deeper, more engaging and holistic conversations with business owners. The program curriculum will conclude with a faculty discussion session facilitated by EPI. Upon completion of the educational component, EPI will facilitate four monthly Application & Accountability workshops, led by EPI faculty, to support participating advisors as they fully embrace the methodology and integrate exit planning into their practices. These sessions will focus on deep-dive education, case-study application, and participants who complete the entire program will earn up to 18.5 hours of EPI (CEPA) CE credit, 5 hours of CFP
