neon congratulations card, colorful congratulations card with polka dots

If you haven't noticed already, exit343design loves color and pattern! And there is no more classic a pattern than a polka dot. This card is one in a pair featuring two bold transparent colors to create a third color.  This congratulations card features a bright green and neon blue ink layered to make a darker green. The text says CONGRATULATIONS in the middle. The card comes with a coordinating neon green envelope. Each card is A2 sized, blank on the inside, and printed on French Paper's Construction White. Printed by hand in Pennsylvania. Note: this is a screen-printed product. Please allow for slight variations.
