The upper body is smocked with elastic thread for a flexible, fitted silhouette that flares at the hip. The skirt of the dress is two-tiered. There is ruffled trim at the neckline and waist. The shoulder straps can be tied into bows as well as the strings at the side of the waist. It is lined on the inside with for coverage. This dress is approximately 28" long.
