Large, green with slight frilling on the edges. Delicious flavor. Bred at the U.S. Vegetable Laboratory in Charleston, S.C. GROWING TIPS: Start plants indoors and transplant to garden or direct seed outside in the spring. Could also do this later in the summer for fall harvest. Plants should be 16-20 inches apart for good leaf size.
