The notice shall be deposited in the United States mail with postage prepaid not less than fifteen (15) days prior to the date of the public hearing or the decision becoming effective. (A) When property is within a radius of five hundred (500) feet of the exterior boundaries of the subject property and consists of a mobilehome park or a condominium project, notice shall be provided to each resident within the mobilehome park or each owner of any interest in the condominium project. (B) For projects involving the conversion of apartment complexes to condominium units, notices shall be provided to each apartment unit within the complex.
