Latest 1000' City Package The project is going through the City of Riverside’s entitlement process and the City has requested the following noticing packet. Provide a Public Notification Packet that includes the following items: 1) with a map of 1,000 feet of the exterior boundaries of the property 2) an electronic file of an excel spreadsheet containing the list of property owners that correspond with the map; 3) A signed affidavit validating the addresses and dated within 6 months of the public notice mailing date. Provide a Public Notification Packet that includes the following items: 1) with a map of 300 feet of the exterior boundaries of the property 2) an electronic file of an excel spreadsheet containing the list of property owners that correspond with the map; 3) A signed affidavit validating the addresses and dated within 6 months of the public notice mailing date.
