We tinkered around a lot with how to get actual pumpkin into chocolate and arrived and this scrumptious bar. We grind pulverized pumpkin over four days along with our blend of cloves, cinnamon and ginger to create a bar version of pumpkin custard. Crushed graham crackers cover the base of the bar for that crunchy pie bit.
