You must fill out the Returns Authorization submission form. Please provide the specific reason for your return along with any details about the product including damages, delivery experience, ordered incorrectly, etc. Take a photo of any parts delivered and their part s so we can issue a (RMA) for those specific parts (Required) You will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization number. The process to receive an RMA number usually takes to 72 hours. RGA Number: Write the RGA number in large black letters on the outside of the returned package along with a copy of the original invoice. Return Package: The customer is responsible for return shipping charges. If a pre-paid label is provided, the cost of the label will be deducted from your credit. Return Address: We will provide you with the return address. Do not ship the product back without an RMA number and without the correct return address or your return won't be processed.
