These individual packs of konpeito are just the right size for a cute sugary treat. Each bag is themed after a flower! Ingredients:  [Hydrangea] Sugar, flavoring, coloring (Yellow No. 4, Blue No. 1) [Sakura] Sugar, flavoring, coloring (Red No. 3, Yellow No. 4, Blue No. 1) [Dandelion] Sugar, flavoring, coloring ( Yellow No. 4, Blue No. 1) [Fuji] Sugar, flavoring, coloring (Red No. 3, Blue No. 1) [Cosmos] Sugar, flavoring, coloring (Red No. 3, Yellow No. 4, Yellow No. 5) 5 grams/0.2 ounces (about 12-16 pieces)  Made in Japan   'What is Konpeito?' Konpeito is a colorful candy, similar to rock sugar. It was introduced by Portuguese travellers in the 16th century and quickly became a staple of Japanese culture. It is still made by hand in Japan and can take up to 2 weeks per batch! It's very cute, traditional and something we grew up with, so we are happy to bring these small bags of joy to our shop.
