OXIDANT 3% DEVELOPER

The Oxidant 3%  Developer  is specifically formulated to be used with the Eye Adore Cosmetics Hybrid Brow Stain. Select either a cream or liquid formula to create your perfect finish.15ml bottle. Brush Application Mix 4 drops of Hybrid Brow Stain with 2 drops of Cream Oxidant using an application stick or brush to blend into a creamy paste. Airbrush Application Fill the dispenser with a 1:1 mixing ratio or 10 drops Stain to 10 drops Liquid Oxidant, make adjusting based on the size of your dispenser. Tip: Mix 4 drops of Hybrid Stain with 2 drops of Cream and 2 drops of liquid Oxidant use brush to blend. Let stain completely dry for more pigmented finish. Ingredients  Aqua, Hydrogen Peroxide, Ethanol, Cetearyl Alcohol, Sodium Lauryl Sulfate, Sodium Cetearyl Sulfate, Phosphoric Acid, Tetrasodium EDTA, Disodium Phosphate.
