The Mut Kilim Runner is a vintage Turkish kilim runner which has been weaved in late 2000s in a small Anatolian village named Mut. Mut is a county in Mersin which is located in the Southern Anatolia part of Turkey. This particular piece has a unique use of colours and patterns, it is obvious that the carpet weaver who made this was extremely skillful. The colours mostly used in this piece are dual green, blue and red. The patterns, as they are in most Mut kilims, consist of a variety of geometrical figures which makes the Mut kilim runner very pleasing to gaze at.
