EZ Male to 5-Way Female (EZR7-55) The 5-pin flat adapter converts an EZ Connector socket mounted on a truck to a 5-way flat connector. Fifth pin provides the backup light circuit that is often used to release surge brakes on boat trailers when they are reversed.  Can also be used to attach to 4 pin trailer connectors.
