Hehas been the District’s photographer.Rick's photography covers a time frame of almost 50 years. While his earlier workcovers more historical subjects (informal portraits of Salvador Dali, constructionof the World Trade Center, the destruction of Penn Station). His current work isaimed at developing creative control of color and light in natural settings.
