While under renovation, the studio maintains its original branding (FIRE + ICE), though we have installed a small retail section so that our clients can come play with products before they buy :). We offer the 90-minute traditional 26+2 series, and a few alternative classes like Soundbath-Infused Yin, 11th Step Yoga, and therapist-led private sessions, with plans to add more healing modalities. All FLORA + BAST clients get their class for free, so if you are unsure about buying a membership today, come see us!
