From Italy, this lovely panne velvet has a delicate sheer fabric base with the velvet texture woven throughout in a narrow vertical stripe pattern. The grey sheer base fabric is allowed to peak through between the soft white and black stripes (black stripes are 1/2” wide printed diagonally). Suitable for tops, soft pants, and soft jackets.
