SANDY EMBOSSED SNAKE-PRINT COWHIDE

Embossed cow half-hide with snakeskin texture in a sandy brown/black pattern. Available as a partial half-hide, approximately now a 16-17 square foot piece. As with any real skin, there may be slight variations in dye color, shape, and size. *This cow leather has a matte finish with a snakeskin-like texture and printed face. The back is a bone colored slightly-sueded finish, textural because of the embossment. This hide is midweight and has some flexibility to be shaped, making it suitable for accessories projects or use as footwear. Not quite thin or flexible enough to be recommended for apparel. As with any real skin, there may be slight variations in dye color, shape, or size, and hides may even feature holes and marks on occasion. These leathers are recovered from high-end designers in New York City, sold as a sustainable alternative to destruction and discard in landfill.
