This stunning navy blue shawl is hand stitched with traditional Palestinian embroidery on a soft, elegant navy blue fabric. The tatreez is from women in Palestinian villages working from home is a skill passed on, the craft of traditional Palestinian tatreez. This is handcrafted by Manjel Ma'qoud, a women's embroidery group we formed in January of 2024 in response to the increasing pressure Palestinian women are under due to the ongoing and increasing Israeli closures and suffocation of the Palestinian economy. These designs are only available through Handmade Palestine and through your purchase, we are supporting 80 women and their families.
