All wood is from 3 years aged organic olive wood branches that are pruned seasonally from trees as they are harvested. Small spoon: 4in long with spoon head about 1.25in long and 1in wide  How to Maintain Olive Wood: It is recommended to wash with warm water and gentle soap when needed.
