Antique Hatched Chick Candy Container

Antique candy container made in the 1920’s out of papier máché pulp. Blown into a mold with original glass eyes. This is an original piece made by F N Burt.  This piece even comes with the original plastic Easter grass which is now faded with some dust of ages. I am adding in a wooden white egg painted as a gift.  6” across x 5.5” high. Original yellow ocher pain on the face and breast of chick.  Looks like some water staining on base, but has not affected the piece.
