I'm honored to assist you in creating a plan to help you clear out any trapped emotions that can passed down to your baby. Being intentional moving forward about your mind, body, & emotions will be extremely beneficial to you and your child. We'll also go over your birthing plan, yoga poses that will be essential to your birthing positions, & breathing practices to help create a heavenly experience for baby's transition Earth side. Session Includes Meditation Journaling Self Care Conversation on why it's important, types of self care, & boundaries Doula Support Mind Body Code Expert This session will help you connect to the Highest version of yourself as a Divine Mother.
