Antique Savory Tin Measure with Christmas Tree and Authentic Sugar Cone Ornaments

This one of a kind Christmas tree decorated with (6) six authentic Sugar Cones and dried Crepe Myrtle promises to satisfy anyone who loves primitive. The tree looks right at home in an old "Savory" tin measure which is also included with this offering. The antique tin measure actually has a heavier weight than the standard tin measures we normally see. It is marked 1 Pt. Liq., U.S. standard. Penna., New Jersey, New York City and does have appropriate wear. This piece is a little shiny but also boasts dark tin on the raised letters, seam and applied handle. I used a piece of florists foam and placed this inside to steady the tree. No glue was used and a hole is centered in the foam to accommodate the pointed end at the bottom of the tree.
