Over The Rainbow Nail Polish - matte iridescent rainbows

Over the Rainbow: A matte, opalescent semi-sheer ice blue polish with a slight pink/violet shift, with large, blue/green/pink iridescent shifting flakies.  Inspiration: Named after the classic song from the Wizard of Oz musical. This polish can be worn on its own in 2-3 coats, and looks best with no top coat - or switch things up and change the look with a glossy top coat! It can also be layered over other polishes (we recommend white, black, or green) for different effects. About Matte Nail Polish: When the polish looks matte, it's dry! It will still look glossy in the bottle, and while it's wet! No top coat needed! If you use one, and it's not a matte top coat, it will make the polish glossy.
