However, after doing much research, we found that pasture raised Emu's, specifically, produced an oil significantly lower in PUFA's. Pasture raised Emus produce an oil very similar to the composition of Olive Oil, which is a MUFA (Monounsaturated Fatty Acid.) MUFA's are much more stable and less prone to oxidation on the skin.
