Turn around time on Retail/Ready to ship items are 0-14 business days. Custom made screwdrivers, 2 phillips heads and 2 flat heads to accommodate the small screws of purse hardware. We have tested this on all the hardware we offer and its fits perfectly. Currently only offered in purple.
