7-10oz. + 1lb Blocks Farmer cheese is a reduced fat cheese that is sweet with a mild tanginess. A medium-hard cheese it slices very well and is great on sandwiches. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not ship over the weekend. Most orders placed Thursday-Sunday will ship the following Monday, unless Saturday delivery is available in your area.
