This coffee comes from a third-generation coffee producer in the region of Huehuetenango in the high elevations of Guatemala. Guatemalan coffee is known for its well-rounded flavor and smooth, velvety body. With the richness of dark chocolate, the sweetness of butterscotch and a nicely balanced acidity, this coffee is delicious black but stands up well to some cream and sugar.
