Rainbow Pasta

Rainbow Pasta is the meal for the kiddo in your life—or the kiddo still living inside you. It’s colorful, comforting, and simple in all the right ways. The star of the show is the pasta itself. We dye our noodles in-house using vegetables sourced from our local farms, giving them their natural rainbow of colors. Once rehydrated, the noodles are coated in a creamy white cheddar cheese sauce that delivers all the cozy mac-and-cheese vibes. We also blend powdered kale, chard, and broccoli right into the cheese packet, adding another layer of veggie nutrients without overpowering the flavor. You’ll spot tiny green flecks throughout the pasta—proof that the vegetables are in there and perfect for picky eaters who still want the goodness of veggies without the fuss. We donate 5% of our sales from this meal to LGBTQ Outdoors, a national nonprofit dedicated to connecting the LGBTQIA+ community with nature.
