The two anchor grains in this blend are spelt and Kamut® khorasan, which are not only nutrient-dense, but have very unique flavors. We round out the experience with organic oats, red winter wheat, rye, and flax seeds. This blend delivers 20% more protein and 25% more fiber than your standard oats with grains that break down slowly in your system to avoid the “crash” that’s common with traditional oatmeal.
