Our Spelt berries are premium food grade, ready for milling into flour, sprouting, or serving as a whole grain in salads, pilafs, and soups. No pesticides or herbicides of any kind on the crops (we also do not use glyphosate). Crops are protected throughout the harvest, storage, and cleaning to ensure they arrive in excellent condition.
